Transforming Times Square: NPRP & Exverus Media Unveil Stunning “The Chosen: The Last Supper” Artwork

Introduction:

Times Square, the vibrant heart of New York City, recently underwent a breathtaking transformation. NPRP Out of Home Media, in collaboration with Exverus Media Agency, orchestrated a captivating display of Annie Leibovitz’s iconic photography, bringing “The Chosen: The Last Supper” to life on a grand scale. This monumental project, the first phase of promotional efforts for the highly anticipated new season of “The Chosen,” turned the bustling cityscape into an immersive art gallery, leaving onlookers in awe.

The Vision:

Our mission was to disrupt the everyday hustle of Times Square and create a powerful, impactful experience. We partnered with multiple OOH vendors to secure prime, large-format digital screens, curating a seamless, high-impact vision. The result? Stunning, larger-than-life portraits of key characters from “The Chosen,” including Jesus Christ, Mary Magdalene, and Pontius Pilate, captured with the unparalleled artistry of Annie Leibovitz. These images, reminiscent of classic museum masterpieces, transformed the digital landscape into a captivating art exhibition.

Behind the Scenes:

This project was a testament to the collaborative spirit and expertise of our team at NPRP, working closely with the talented team at Exverus Media, including Anna Elema, Melanie M., Sam Suarez, and Calvin Tang. We extend our sincere gratitude to Andrew Young and the creators of “The Chosen” for their vision and partnership.

As reported by CBN and Yahoo Entertainment, the presence of the stars onsite added to the excitement, drawing crowds and generating significant buzz. The overwhelming positive response highlights the power of impactful OOH campaigns to capture attention and create memorable experiences.

Looking Ahead:

This Times Square takeover marks the first phase of promotional activities for the upcoming season of “The Chosen,” set to premiere in March. We are thrilled to be part of bringing this powerful story to a wider audience.
